Advanced Search Criteria

Fields on the Advanced Search page let you enter as much criteria as necessary to find the batch or batches you're searching for. The more information you enter, the more specific your search will be. Remember that when you enter criteria in more than one field, the advanced search finds records that meet all the criteria (an AND rather than an OR search). For example, if you enter criteria in the Owners, Created Date and Method fields, the search will return only those batches that meet all these criteria. Batches with matching criteria in only one or two of the fields would not be returned.

Advanced search fields include:  Batch Name, Batch Description, Owners, Created Date, Printed Date, Method, and Display.

Batch Name

Use this field to search for batches based on the batch name. If you don't know the complete batch name, select Contains in the first field and type part of the batch name in the second field. If you know the exact batch name, select Exact Match in the first field and type the full name of the batch you’re searching for in the second field.
