If the workflow System Configuration setting for Use Business Days to Compute Due Dates is set to Yes for your office, you may want to update the Workflow Holiday Code list to include any dates or Holidays, such as Labor Day, that your office is closed. IQ will then skip these dates when calculating the workflow or step due dates based on one of the following:
Relative Due Date setting in the workflow template
Yellow Alert at Due Date Minus X Days setting in the workflow template
Workflow Manipulation Language (WML) in the Step Initialization or Step Save fields of the Edit Step page.
Note: If your office receives Digital Mail, IQ will skip the dates entered in your Workflow Holiday Codes when it calculates the number of days to issue a warning for no Digital Mail.
