During the initial adoption of IQ or other times when Administrators are setting up new users, My Links may need to be set for multiple users at a time. It is possible for a user with appropriate security to copy links from one user to other users, using the Copy My Link action on the Users Search Results page.
To copy links:
Click the Admin tab.
Click the Users submenu link.
Search for the target user(s), these are the user records to which you are copying the My Links.
On the Search Results page, select the check box next to each user record(s).
Select the Copy My Link action.
In the Copy From User field, click the look up icon and choose the user who's My Links should be copied.
Click the Copy button.
