You can store Quick and Advanced searches for IQ modules, URL addresses of web sites or IQ Reports you would like to access from the My Links section of the My IQ page. My Links are also available from the IQ Utility Bar, for use on the Quick and Advanced Search Criteria and Results pages for People, Mail and Workflow. Note: My Links can be copied from one IQ user to multiple IQ users by your IQ System Administrator.
To add a new link for a Quick or Advanced Search:
Click the Save Search link at the top of the Search Results page.
IQ automatically updates the fields on the Existing My Link record page with the name of the search and the associated URL. You may change the Name to a name that helps you identify the saved search.
Select the Close action.
Note: You can also save a search using the SAVE link on the History Log.
To add a new link for a web site:
Click the My IQ tab.
Click the My Links submenu link.
Select the Add New Link action.
Complete the fields on the New My Link record page.
Click the Save and Close action.
To add a new link for an IQ Report:
Click the Create/Edit link in the My Link column for the report you want to add to your My Links.
IQ displays the My Link record page with the Order, Name and URL fields populated.
Click Save and Close.
To sort existing links:
Click the My IQ tab.
Scroll down to the My Links section.
Click the up arrow icon, located in front of the link, to move the link up one position.
Continue to click the up arrow icon until the link has been moved to the desired position.
Note: Clicking the up arrow icon next to the first link, will move that link to the bottom of the list.
