About IQ Calendar

The IQ Calendar is a scheduling and event-planning system that lets you maintain multiple calendars for your organization. When you add an event to a calendar, you can record extensive information about it, including the date, time, and description, as well as additional notes and topic codes. You can assign a status to indicate whether an event is confirmed or not, and you can identify an event as private so that you can exclude it from the daily schedule and reports. You can also link events to People and Workflow records. The IQ calendar provides a variety of reports from schedule cards to daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Calendar security features let an office decide which staff members have access to which schedules. In addition, you can create a webform for your constituents to submit scheduling requests. The webform would then submit formatted emails with the proper XML tags that, when processed by IMA, would result in IQ event records.
