You can create a webform for your constituents to submit scheduling requests. The webform would submit formatted emails with the <APP> tag value of "CALENDAR" along with XML tags for IQ Event record fields for Calendar Name, Date, Start Time, End Time, Summary and Short Description. In addition, the <ADDL_PEOPLE> tag can be used to attach new or existing People records to the IQ Event record. When the Calendar emails are processed by IMA, the IQ Event record is created with a Status of Tentative and is added to the default calendar, IMACalendar. You can select another calendar in your IQ System Configuration Settings for calendar emails. Contact your Lockheed Martin ITC for assistance in setting up calendar emails.
