A workflow report is available that lets you print a summary of all information about a single workflow. This might be helpful when you need to provide someone with hard-copy information about an open or closed workflow. In order for Print Summary, Print Summary by Section and Workflow Summary by Section to appear as actions in the workflow record, they must be added as step applications in the workflow template. To print a closed workflow, the step application must be included in the last step.
To print a workflow:
On the Workflow Record page, select the Print Summary, Print Summary by Section or Workflow Summary by Section action. If you select Print Summary by Section or Workflow Summary by Section, IQ will display a list of sections you can include or not include in the report.
When the summary information appears in the browser window, select Print from the File menu and send the report to the desired printer.
Close the browser window.
Note: The Print Summary by Section or Workflow Summary by Section action is available in the standard IQ templates (Academy Nominations, Cases, Flag Request, and Tour Request). These actions present a list of sections (General, Agency Contact, People, Calendar, Attachment and Current Step Information) that can be printed for the current workflow. The selected sections are retained for the current and future IQ login sessions. The Print Summary by Section and Workflow Summary by Section actions can be added as step applications to other workflow templates.
You can also print hard-copies of linked workflows on the Links panel using the Print action.
