Forms are defined in a workflow template to identify what items from the workflow should be displayed and what limited actions are available to Limited Use users. Multiple forms can be created for a Workflow template, however, only one form may be associated with each step. The selected form is then used when the workflow is assigned to a Limited Use Licensed user at that step.
How to create a form:
Click the Workflow tab.
Click the Templates submenu link.
On the Workflow Templates listing, find the template you want to create the form and click its name link.
On the Workflow Template Record page, click the Forms tab.
Select the Add Form action.
IQ displays the Add/Edit Template Form dialog.
Type the name of the form in the Description field.
Select the actions and display items in the Content list that should appear for Limited Use users.
Click the Save button.
How to assign a form to a step:
Click the Workflow tab.
Click the Templates submenu link.
On the Workflow Templates listing, find the template you want to add the form to and click its name link.
On the Workflow Template Record page, click the Steps tab.
Click the Add link for the step that you want to assign the form to.
Click in the Forms field on the Form Select dialog and select the form in the drop-down list.
Click the Save button.
