Accessing My Work

Your pending work is summarized and accessible from the My Work section of the My IQ page or by clicking the My Work submenu link. Links to four Intranet Quorum areas are available from My Work. These links take you to a listing of pending items. From there you can run additional searches. To return to My Work at any time, click the My IQ tab.

Actions on the My Work and My IQ pages let you add People records, Workflow records, Events, Documents, and Form Letters.

Mail

Click the Pending Mail link to access all mail assigned to you that has not been completed. This mail appears on the Mail Search Results page where you can perform a number of actions including printing letters, sending e-mail messages, and completing mail. Note: You can select the default setting in your IQ User Preferences to include or not include targeted and/or workflow mail in the pending mail search.

Click the Today's Incoming Mail link to access mail that was assigned to you on the current date. Today's incoming mail appears on the Search Results page. Both Pending and Today's Incoming Mail show the number of pieces of mail in each category. You can re-sort your mail by clicking any column heading.

Click the Checked Out Custom Letters link to access all pending mail records with a custom letter that is checked out to you, regardless of who the mail is assigned to.

If your office used status codes to route mail through an approval process, links to mail for which approval has been granted and denied also appear. If you are a mail approver, you can use the Approval Requests link to quickly go to all mail sent to you for approval.

Batches and Sets

Click the Active Batches link to access all batches that you've created that are still open. Click the Today's New Batches link to access all batches you've created on the current date. Once you've accessed active or today's batches, you can print and close letters in selected batches. Click the Active Sets link to access all of your sets. You can re-sort your batches or sets by clicking any column heading in the listing. In addition, this section of the My Work page contains links for the Exception Set and Nondeliverable Set. Both of these links open the set to display all of the records in each set.

Workflow

Click the Open Workflow link to access all your open workflow, both queued and active. Queued workflows are those that have been routed to you and possibly other users; active workflows are those that you've accepted assignment of. The Queued Workflow link takes you to only those workflows that are queued to you. Click the Active Workflow link for a listing of workflows that you have already accepted ownership of. For workflow with steps that are queued and assigned to you and are past due, click the Step Past Due Workflow link. Click the Today's New Workflow link for all workflow that's been queued to you on the current date. Click the Monitored Workflows link for a listing of workflows that you're monitoring. You can re-sort any of the resulting lists by clicking a column heading. For example, when viewing queued workflow, click the Step Status column heading to re-sort the list and group active and queued workflow together.

Documents

To access form letters and documents you've created that have a status of Draft, click the Draft Documents link. To access form letters and documents that are assigned to you that are not Inactive, click the My Active Documents link. To access form letters and documents you created on the current date, click the Today's New Documents link. To access all form letters and documents you've checked out from the server, click the Checked Out Documents link. You can re-sort the resulting list by clicking any column heading.

If your office uses status codes to route form letters through an approval process, links to letters for which approval has been granted and denied also appear. If you are a form letter approver, you can use the Approval Requests for Documents link to quickly go to all letters sent to you for approval that have not be used in any closed Mail records.

The My Review Alert Documents and My Expire Alert Documents links allow you to quickly view your documents that have a review date or expire date.
