Changing an Event

There may be instances when you need to change or update an event. You must have edit access rights for a calendar to be able to change events on it.

To change an event:

  1. Search for the event you want to change by selecting the date on the Daily Schedule calendar or by searching for it.

  2. When the event appears on the Daily Schedule page, click the Event link to go to the Event Record page.

  3. Make changes on the Event panel or click another tab to make changes on that panel.

  4. Once you've made the changes, select the Save and Close action. A notation appears on the Status Log panel indicating who made the change, the date of the change, and the nature of the change (for example, Edited: Summary, Notes).
