The E-Mail Viewer appears when you open a .EML file on the Mail Search Results page, the Mail panel of the mail record page, the Mail panel in the people record, the General panel of the workflow record, Full Batch page, Full Set page or Set Detail Record. The viewer contains the following five tabs:
Displays the message fields Date, To, Cc, From, Subject and the message contents
Contains the same information as the Message tab, plus all of the tags for Formatted email
If the email contains any attached files, they are displayed here. The message "There are no attachments associated with this email" appears if the email doesn't contain any attachments.
Displays the SMTP routing information for the email.
Displays the entire .eml file as it was received in the drop folder on the IQ server before it was processed by IMA.
