My Open Messages

The My Open Messages is one click access to all messages that are assigned to the logged in user. This will include all messages that have a status of Approved, On Hold, Denied Approval, Request Approval and Batched.

My Open Messages

1.Open the Messages Big Menu and select My Open Messages from the Find Messages column.

My Open and Unbatched Messages

The My Open and Unbatched Messages are messages that are not in a batch. Generally, Unbatched Messages have yet to processed.

My Open Unbatched Messages

1.Open the Messages Big Menu and My Open and Unbatched from the Find Messages column.
