You can update data field values in selected workflow using the Update Data Fields action from the Workflow Search Results page. The following rules apply when updating data fields:
Selected workflows must be open
Selected workflows must have the same template name
Only one UDF can be updated at a time
Repeating UDFs cannot be updated
UDFs that are defined as a Label cannot be updated
How to update data fields in selected workflow:
Search for the workflow records that contain the data fields you want to update. Use the Workflow Quick or Advanced Search to locate the records.
When the records appear on the Search Results page, select the checkbox next to each workflow you want to update or click Select All to select all found records.
Select the Update Data Fields action. IQ displays the Update Data Fields dialog.
Click in the Data Field and select the data field who's value you want to update.
Click in the New Value field and select or type the new value.
Click the Update button.
