Deleting Multiple Workflow Records

Should you have a need to remove more than one workflow record at a time, you can do this by using the Delete action if your user-id has been granted access to Security Lock #87 and the Record Security level for the selected workflow records is Full. Deleted records cannot be restored back into your IQ database, unless it is configured for Deletion Tracking.

To mass delete Workflow records:

  1. Create a select list or use Advanced Search to locate the Workflow records you want to delete.

  2. When the records appear on the Workflow Search Results page, click the Select All link at the top of the page to select the check boxes next to all records found. If you want to update only selected records, select the check box next to those records.

  3. Select the Delete action. IQ displays the Delete Workflow dialog with the number of workflows you have security rights to delete.

Note that any records associated with the workflow, for example People or Mail, remain in their respective tables.
