Changing Close Status

When you want to change the close status code for a group of workflow records, you can do this by finding the records and then updating them with another close status code. The selected workflow records must be closed and have the same workflow template.

To change the close status of multiple workflows:

  1. Search for the records you want to update. Use the Workflow Quick or Advanced Search to locate the records.

  2. When the records appear on the Search Results page, click the Select All link at the top of the page to select the check boxes next to all records found. If you want to update only selected records, select the check box next to those records.

  3. Select the Change Close Status action.

  4. IQ displays the Change Workflow Close Status dialog with a list of close status codes for the workflow template and the number of selected records that can be updated.

  5. Select the Workflow Close Status code that you want to use.

  6. Click OK to clear the selected records.
