Setting Queued Users for IMA Workflows

The IMA Queued Users section on the General panel of a Workflow Template Record lets you indicate to which staff members a workflow created by IMA with this template should be queued. If you do not set IMA queued users, they are queued to the manager(s) of the workflow. Note: If the incoming workflow email contains a workflow code with a Webform Staff Assignment, then the workflow will be assigned to that user instead of the IMA Queued Users.

To select individual users to queue the workflow to, type the name in the Users field or click the lookup icon and select a user name from the list that appears. Click the Add button to add that user to the Selected listing. Click the Save button to add all selected users as queued-to users for IMA workflows created with the template.

To remove users as queued-to users, highlight the name in the Users field and press the delete key or click the lookup icon and click the name in the Selected listing and then click the Remove button.  Click the Save button at the bottom of the page to remove all selected users as queued-to users for IMA workflows created with the template.

To select groups of users as queued-to users, type the group name in the Groups field or click the lookup icon and select the group from the list that appears. Click the Add button to add that group to the Selected listing. Click the Save button to include all users in the selected group(s) as queued-to users for IMA workflows created with the template.

Note that IMA workflows are not queued to manager(s) when you identify other users as queued-to users unless you include the manager(s) in that selection either individually or as a member of a group. If there are no manager(s) or queued-to users assigned to a workflow template, Quorum queues IMA workflows created with that template to the user QC (i.e. Quorum Control).
