Nondeliverable Rule Record Page

The Edit IMA Nondeliverable Mail Rules record page appears when you add a new rule or select the Manage Rules for Nondeliverables action in the NONDELIVERABLE email Set. The record page contains four panels: Review, Edit, Change Log and Execution Log which allow you to enable and disable your rules, delete existing rules, test and execute rules, load default rules, add new rules, change the order of rules, review the change history and execution results.

Review

The Review panel allows you to turn the background jobs on and off for your nondeliverable rules by selecting the Enabled and Disabled actions in the Status field. When the background jobs are Enabled, IQ will create a background job based on the number of minutes you enter in the Frequency field. The Review panel also contains a summary of the current rules and their actions. The Review panel also contains a Last Used and Total Count column for each rule. The Last Used column contains the date and time the rule fired and the Total Count column contains the number of records that were processed by the rule. These columns are updated when using the Test Rules or Execute Rules actions and when the rules are run in the background.

Edit

The Edit panel allows you to test rules, execute rules, change the order or text of existing rules, change the action of existing rules, or delete rules. The Edit panel also contains a Last Used and Total Count column for each rule. The Last Used column contains the date and time the rule fired and the Total Count column contains the number of records that were processed by the rule. These columns are updated when using the Test Rules or Execute Rules actions and when the rules are run in the background.

Change Log

The Change Log panel contains the user who performed the change along with the date and time of the changes made to the rules, status or frequency.

Execution Log

The Execution Log panel contains a list of the background Job IDs, status, the scheduled date and time of the background job and the results.
