Creating a Custom Quick Search

You can create a custom Quick Search from a criteria-based List for most IQ modules. With the proper security, you can post the custom Quick Search so that it is available for all IQ users. In the following example, we will create a custom quick search to  search for Mail records that were closed during the past week with the "Complete as Duplicate" Status using an existing criteria based Mail List that contains the following criteria:

Find Mail ...

with Status Equal To 'Completed' And

with Outgoing Method Equal To 'NONE' And

with Assigned User Name Equal To Nothing And

with Date Out Greater Than or Equal To 'Today-7' And

with Date Out Less Than or Equal To 'Today' And

with Comments Contains 'Recorded as a duplicate'
