User Reports

The following reports are available under the User Tools section of the Actions Menu for the Users submenu in the Admin module: View Failed Logins Report, View Checklist Log Report, View Checklist, View Concurrent Login Report For Selected Users, View Concurrent Login Report, and View IQ Outlook Add-In Usage.

View Failed Logins Report

This report displays failed login attempts for your IQ system for the past 30 days. The report contains the date, time, user and IP address for each failed login.

View Checklist Log Report

The View Checklist Log Report provides a list of IQ users who have acknowledged that they have completed the System Administrator Checklist. The checklist is presented to the selected IQ user on the System Warnings page based on the selected checklist interval. The report includes the date and time and IQ user name along with the user's "signature".

View Checklist

Select this action to view the contents of the System Administrator Checklist. The location of the checklist is stored in the Checklist URL for the Sys Admin field in your IQ System Configuration Settings and is displayed on the System Warnings page.

View Concurrent Login Report For Selected Users

This report displays the number of users logged into your IQ system for the past 30 days for the selected users. This is useful when you want to limit the report to the users in a specific Group or Department. You can select another time frame by clicking in the Number of Days field and selecting the number of days. You can also change the reporting level from 1 day to hours by clicking in the Level field. Click the details link in the Show column to see the time and the user (or IP Address) for each login.

View Concurrent Login Report

This report displays the number of users logged into your IQ system for the past 30 days for all IQ users. You can select another time frame by clicking in the Number of Days field and selecting the number of days. You can also change the reporting level from 1 day to hours by clicking in the Level field. Click the details link in the Show column to see the time and the user (or IP Address) for each login.

View IQ Outlook Add-In Usage

This report lists the last login date/time and IQ Add-In version number for users who have accessed IQ via the IQ Outlook Add-In. This information can be used to determine which IQ Users are not running the most recent version of the IQ Add-In. Note: Not all IQ users have the IQ Outlook Add-In installed on their workstations, because it requires a separate license agreement.
