Messages

IQ4 Messages

The IQ4 Messages menu provides the opportunity to handle incoming Messages to your office. Messages may be email, printed correspondence, email campaigns, Twitter tweets, Facebook posts, or a record of a telephone conversation or notes from an in-office meeting.

Messages can be located individually, or as part of a Message batch. Once a list of Messages has been located using a query, you have the option to tag Messages based on personal criteria.
