Record a Service-related Phone Call
Services often generate multiple phone calls back and forth. You can track both incoming and outgoing phone calls separately from other notes using the Activity Panel.
Record a Phone Call in a Service
1.To record a phone call, use the telephone icon in the Activity Panel.
2.If the incoming or outgoing call was to or from a Contact in IQ, you can locate that Contact record using the type-ahead search in the Contact field.
3.Once you have selected the Contact, select either "Incoming" or "Outgoing" in the Call Type: field.
4.Enter the details of the call.
5.Use the Save button when you are finished. IQ has created a completed message with all the details you entered.
