Use Act As

The Act As option allows one IQ user to work in IQ with the same security and record access as another user.

Set Up Act As

1.Open the User Name link at the top of any page.

2.Select the Act As Setup link.

3.Type the names of the IQ user or users you wish to allow to Act As you in the Users who can 'act as' you field. You may add one or more names.

4.Use the Save button.

Use Act As

1.To Act As another user (assuming that user has included you in their Act As Setup), open the User Name link at the top of any page.

2.Select the Act As link.

3.Select the name of the person you wish to "Act As".

4.Use the Act As button.
