When you are finished with a Service, you will need to complete it. Completing a Service removes that Service from your Open and Active list.
Complete a Service
1.From within the Service, use the Pencil Icon to make a change in the Status field.
2.Depending on the configuration of the Service Template, you may have one or more options to choose in the Routing Rule. Select the one that indicates completion.
4.Select the appropriate Close Status.
