Promote Previous Version
As you create eNewsletters, Printed Mailings, and Form Letters, IQ tracks all changes made to the letters. As you work, you may want to recover a previous version of a Form Letter or Newsletter. You can do this using the Promote Previous Version feature in the Form Letter record.
1.From the Form Letter record, open the Log tab.
2.You will see an Expand link wherever updates have been made to the content of the form letter. Click the Expand link to view the content of the form letter as it was in that version.

3.If you want to promote a previous version to the current version, inactivating all other versions, click the Promote This Revision button.
4.The revision you selected is now the active content of the form letter.
