Searching for Contacts by Organization

The Organization fields found in Contact Search and Contact record pages are auto-complete fields. Once a user starts typing into an Organization field, IQ will display a drop-down list of Organizations that match what the user has typed in the field.

Searching for Contacts by Organization

1. From the Contacts Big Menu, select By Organization in the Find Contacts column.

2. Enter the Organization name. IQ will display a list of Organizations which already exist in your IQ database that match what you typed.

3. Click the Search button to execute and view Contact records.
