Attach an Existing Event to a Service
In the process of managing a Service, you may want to schedule an Event to track progress, or for other reasons. You can attach either an existing Event, or create a new Event from the Service record.
1.From the Service record, open the Action menu in the upper right corner.
2.Select Attach Existing Event.
3.Type in the Event ID, or the name of the Event to locate it.
4.Select Attach.
