Attach an Existing Service to an Event

If you are creating an Event that is associated with an existing Service record, you can attach that Service record to the Event.

Attach an Existing Service

Once you have created the Event, you can easily attach an existing Service record.

1.From the Event record, open the Action button in the upper right corner of the record.

2.Select Attach Existing Service.

3.Use the type-ahead search option in the dialog to search for all Open services by ID, Primary Person, Preferred Address, Primary Home Phone, Email Address, Service Type, or Service code.

4.Once you have located the Service, use the Attach button.

5.The Service is located on the Services tab in the Event record.
