Dialing Phone Numbers via Browser

Description: In IQ a user can use their browser to dial a phone number. These instructions teach users how to set up the configuration to enable this feature. Note: this feature requires application with the browser.

Navigate to your user name and select Preferences.

2. Click Contacts.

3. Set Yes for Enable Browser Calling.

4. Open a contact record to view the details and click the General tab.

5. Notice that the phone number is displayed as a link. Click the link.

6. Depending on the browser, follow additional instructions or contact your IQ Consultant for configuration.
