About IQ Version 4

Leidos Intranet Quorum (IQ) is the leading communications and process management tool powering the public sector. Proudly serving 65% of the United States Congress, 50% of U.S. Governors and more than 100 federal, state and local government agencies in every corner of the country.

IQ4 is designed to address the needs of staff members within an office. In IQ, you have access to the modules shown below so you can perform these activities:

❖Home- Landing or starting page once a user launches IQ. This page is comprised of Tiles, which enable users to access and/or view records, announcements, alerts, etc.

❖Contacts- Store constituent information so your whole office can easily view, manage or share their data and activity.

❖Messages- Manage incoming/outgoing correspondences. These include but not limited to emails, bills, campaigns, printed correspondence, social media postings, constituent opinions, etc.

❖Outreach- Create and manage your office eNewsletters, Targeted Mailings, Surveys, Web Forms, Town Hall Events and Social Media activities.

❖Services- Process services such as casework, flag requests, tour requests, etc. using customized templates and workflows specific to a service.

❖Library- Share Form Letters and documents office-wide. Conduct approval process for Form Letters and documents.

❖Events- Manage a Member’s schedule to track events and meetings. Manage office meetings, functions, and other appointments.

❖Boards- Maintain information about boards, commissions, committees, and similar groups and track their nominations, appointments, referrals, seat assignments, and related activities.

❖LegiStats- Manage legislation activities, bill responses, a Member's voting records. Access detailed analysis on constituent demographic information.

❖Admin- Restricted to users with Administrative privileges, this module enables users to set up and configure IQ accounts.
