The following standard reports are available for the People module: Affiliation Usage Report, Agency Contact List, Agency Contact Spreadsheet, Demographic Report, Email Address Summary Report, People Summary By Section and Vote Update History Status.
The Affiliation Usage report provides a list of the Affiliation Codes in your IQ database along with the usage count for each code. You can choose to run the report for All codes, only Active codes or only Archived codes. Displayed in the report is the code translation, code ID and usage count. You can sort the report by Code, Descending Count or Translation. Note: The usage count for each affiliation code can also be found on the Code Search Results page when you search by Affiliation Code.
The Agency Contact List report provides a list of Agency Contacts in your IQ People Database that contain the selected Workflow Code or Workflow Category. Displayed in the report is the code, agency contact's name, the agency name, address, phone and e-mail address. You can sort the report by Workflow Code and Name or Agency and Name. If you select Agency and Name, the records without an Agency will appear first, followed alphabetically by those with an Agency. For each Agency, the records are then sorted alphabetically by the Agency Contact's last name.
The Agency Contact Spreadsheet report provides also provides a list of Agency Contacts in your IQ People Database that contain the selected Workflow Code or Workflow Category. The report output, however, is broken down into twenty-two data columns so that you can copy and paste it into an Excel Spreadsheet. Note: The column headings are separate from the report body, so you must copy and paste the header and body separately. You can sort the report by Workflow Code and Name or Agency and Name. If you select Agency and Name, the records without an Agency will appear first, followed alphabetically by those with an Agency. For each Agency, the records are then sorted alphabetically by the Agency Contact's last name.
The Demographic report provides a count of People records for cities, states, or ZIP Codes. The report is sorted in descending order by the number of records for each city (state, or ZIP Code), and provides a grand total for the number of records.
The Email Address Summary Report provides statistics on the number of spam and invalid email addresses in your IQ People database. The report includes counts for non-Inactive email addresses and email addresses that were identified as inactive either by Brite Verify (a third-party service) or other method such as an IQ Nondeliverable Rule.
The People Summary By Section report contains the Primary Address, Other Information, Pending and Completed Mail, Open and Closed Workflow and Calendar Info for each selected People record in a list.
This report is used by Lockheed Martin support personnel or conversion programmer to check the status of a voter registration import. The report contains information about each step of the import process, including the date and time each step began and completed, the user who performed the step and the results. Each step can take minutes or hours to complete. The report can also be used to view the history of previous voter registration conversions.
