Board Reports

The following reports are available for the Boards module: Board Information, Board Membership and Applications Report, Board Membership Recap Report and Board Vacancies.

Board Information

The Board Information report provides information on selected Boards such as the board name, legal authority, board type, its purpose, any seat restrictions, compensation and current membership. If you do not select a Board, it will report on all Boards that have not expired. There is an option to include expired boards as well as formal candidates, membership request declined, former members, reappointed members, nominated members and prospective members. In addition, you can select which member fields, such as political party, address, term begin and end, that you would like to include in the report. Select one of three Output To options  - HTML, Word or Excel.

Board Membership and Applications Report

The Board Membership and Applications report provides information on a Board’s current membership, vacant seats, and other information such as applications and referrals. There are many ways in which you can customize this report by choosing the information to report on as well as heading types, column layout types, report sections and sort order.

Board Membership Recap Report

The Board Membership Recap report provides information on selected Board members. You can restrict the report to those members on selected Boards, those appointed by selected authorities or those of a selected appointment type. For each member meeting the criteria you enter, the report provides information about the Board (its purpose, restrictions, compensation information and number of seats) and the Board member (appointed by, city, demographic information, expiration, and appointment type).

Select one of three options to sort the report by Board Name, Member Name, or Term End Date. You can exclude all expired Boards from the report by selecting the Exclude Expired Boards check box.

Board Vacancies

The Board Vacancy report provides information on selected Boards such as board name, board number, term begin and end dates, last vacant date, number of seats, appointing authority, notes, term length and incumbent. There are many ways in which you can customize this report by choosing the information to report on as well as sort order and output types.
